Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at contact@mechronik.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Mechronik error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product if it’s damaged or defective. If you would like to exchange for a different item or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or engraved tumblers
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
