Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Q: Are your tumblers BPA-free?
Yes, all Mechronik tumblers are made with BPA-free and food-grade materials to ensure safe and healthy hydration.

Q: How long do your tumblers keep beverages hot or cold?
Our double-wall insulated tumblers keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.

Q: Are Mechronik tumblers dishwasher safe?
Most of our tumblers are top-rack dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing to preserve the exterior finish and performance.

Q: Do you offer custom or personalized tumblers?
Yes, we offer custom engraving on select tumbler models. Look for the “Customizable” option on applicable product pages.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
